glucocare

There are a great number of various herbal remedies in the world that help us to ease the symptoms of type 2 diabetes in one way or another. Unfortunately, all of them are not effective enough, so sooner or later we should go to our doctor and ask for the pills that sometimes have severe side effects like liver damage and heart failure.

And what if someone collected for us all the herbal preparations that help in the treatment of diabetes and created on their basis one large herbal pill with virtually no side effects. You think, it is impossible, right? But such pill exists. The Indian pharmaceutical giant Himalaya, based on the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, created a very effective medicine called GlucoCare, which allows you to effectively deal with the symptoms of prediabetic state and even the symptoms of type 2 diabetes.

All plants that make up the medicine, attack diabetes from different sides – that’s why GlucoCare is so effective. Let’s take a look, at least partly, at the composition of the remedy.

Gymnema sylvestre

gymnemaThe medicinal herb, known in Ayurveda as Gymnema Sylvestre or “sugar destroyer”, which grows in the tropical forests of India, has been used by Indians for centuries to normalize blood sugar levels. Studies have revealed its ability to slow the absorption of sugar into the blood. Another quite interesting peculiarity of the herb, that Gymnema blocks sugar receptors on your tongue, so you can’t taste sweetness and therefore have less desire to eat sweets.

Extract of Gymnema has a beneficial effect on pancreatic cells, helps to restore them, increases the synthesis of insulin, helps activate enzymes that are involved in glucose metabolism, and also blocks the absorption of sugar in the gastrointestinal tract.

It is interesting to note that the extract of Gymnema has no side effects and affects the decrease in blood sugar only in patients with diabetes. In healthy people, while taking the extract of Gymnema, the effect of lowering blood sugar was not found.

Bitter melon

bitter melonThe unripe fruit has an emerald green color and during this period looks like a cucumber, though it becomes orange-yellow when fully ripe. All parts of the plant have a bitter taste.

Bitter melon is one of the few plants containing Charantin – a substance that lowers blood sugar levels.

Recently, researchers have seriously become interested in its ability to promote pancreatic functions. As it turned out, Bitter melon increase the secretory activity of the pancreas, and increases insulin production. Clinical trials have shown that the introduction of Bitter melon in the diet of patients with diabetes can significantly reduce the dose of synthetic insulin taken.

Holy Basil

holy-basilHoly Basil (also known as Tulsi, or Ocimum sanctum) is a plant that has traditionally been used in Ayurveda to treat asthma, inflammation, respiratory and lung issues, reduce stress and boost immunity.

It is rich in unique component Eugenol, which stimulates the normal function of pancreatic cells, that release insulin into the blood. In this way, Tulsi improves the insulin sensitivity and normalize blood sugar levels.

Jamun Fruit

Java PlumThe fruits of Jamun, also known as java plum, have a very low glycemic index, help control blood sugar levels, preventing such diabetes symptoms as thirst and frequent urination.

Jamun seeds contain a substances, called jambosine and jamboline, that similar in their effect to the sugar-lowering drug glibenclamide. These substances help to stimulate insulin production and reduce blood sugar levels  naturally.

Indian Kino tree

flowerThe kino tree wood tincture has been found to reduce the absorption of glucose in the gastrointestinal tract and regulate the content of insulin and pro-insulin. It promotes the regeneration of beta-cells and also has a cholesterol-lowering effect.

It is used in all types of diabetes as part of complex therapy. It is also recommended for people with excessive consumption of sweet, flour or on high-carb diets (people with intense physical labor) as a universal prophylactic agent that supports pancreatic functions.

Triphala

triphalaTrifala is a combination of three components that have been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over a thousand years.

Triphala improves the body’s metabolic processes, acts as a mild laxative, restores digestion and the excretory system, frees the body from toxins (AMA), thereby  rejuvenating it. Triphala is believed to purify the blood and help “detoxify” the body, removing excess, unnecessary materials accumulated from the food.

Trikatu

trikatuTrikatu is a very simple blend: black pepper, long Indian pepper (pippali) and ginger in equal parts. Trikatu is a composition for the awakening of energy, one of the most ancient remedies of Ayurveda.

It is a good addition to Triphala. Triphala acts more in the large intestine, and Trikatu – in the small intestine, where it thought to kindle Agni (digestion fire). Ayurveda believes that every treatment always begins with supporting good digestion.

Where to buy

The most convenient and safest way is to buy GlucoCare on Amazon. But if you for some reason can’t purchase it on Amazon, there are a lot of other marketplaces to choose from. You can buy it directly from the manufacturer, or from iHerb online store. Purchase it where you feel it comfortable to purchase.

Let’s summarize

The Himalaya company has released a herbal preparation, which is made in full accordance with Ayurvedic traditions, has virtually no side effects and at the same time effectively reduces blood sugar levels.

Customers note the high efficacy of the drug – most buyers note that their blood sugar level lowers at least by 50 points after 15-20 days of usage. Others point out that their spikes in blood sugar levels after eating also improved significantly, so they were again able to eat pasta, bread and even sweets without their sugar level flying up to 300 units.

But we always must remember that the medicine is effective only for the treatment of prediabetic state or type 2 diabetes, and in any case, it is necessary to consult a doctor before taking it.

  1. The components of GlucoCare are all herbal based and independently each of the components is beneficial to health.

I have tried Triphala, Trikatu and Holy Basil in several instances with huge health benefits but not particularly in diabetes situation.

Karela is our regular food. My family believes in Ayurveda and we grow many herbs.

I am excited to see this product in the market when 30.3 million of type 2 diabetes and 84.1 million people are prediabetic in USA alone.

This product seems to help without any side effects. I expect to see a revolution in the diabetes world with this herbal product.

I really feel lucky to come across this website.

    1. Hi, Anusuya.
I recall my first visit to India. The waiter in my hotel served me a strange green juice and said it was very tasty. I tasted… The juice seemed to me not tasty at all. Now I know that it was the juice of Karela. Over the years I have become accustomed to this taste – it is just a matter of habit. I like to mix it together with carrot and celery juice.
      Thanks for the reading.
      Kind Regards
      Alex

  2. I was most interested to learn about this product, as  member of my family has recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I am extremely averse to taking pharmaceutical drugs, so Glucocare to me sounds like the ideal solution, and I will definitely be recommending it to the family member concerned.

I am most grateful to you for bringing Glucocare to my attention.

    Chrissie 🙂

    1. Hi, Chrissie.
      Thank you for the reading.
My father takes Glucocare too and he is very satisfied with the results. It is clear that taking Glucocare is not always enough – he also consumes less simple carbs, more fibers, takes a long walks at evenings. He also tries to consume more legumes – they are very benefitional for lowering glucose levels. It is really possible to treat Type 2 Diabetes in natural way – we should only slightly change our life styles.
      Kind Regards

  3. Hi! Thank you for this great suggestion. I know that most of the things doctors recommend have severe side effects like liver damage and heart failure. That’s why I have always been inclined to natural remedies. But I also know they are not so effective.

But this suggestion you give seems to have a good combination of the herbal preparations that help in the treatment of diabetes. I had heard about bitter melon and jamun fruit. I’ll give GlucoCare a try! 🙂

    1. Hi, Henry. Thank you for the reading.
Actually, this remedy is sold years on Indian market under the name Diabecon. And it has much more ingredients. They eliminated all unsafe ingredients in order to sell it on US soil. So ClucoCare is less effective but safer (Thanks to FDA-:)).

      Good luck.
